Jennie Phillips

Research Assistant

Dr. Jennie Phillips is a Research Assistant with the Toronto Climate Observatory. She holds a PhD in Leadership, Higher and Adult Education from OISE, with collaborative specializations through the Munk School of Global Affairs, and her research has examined how citizens use technology to respond to crises and how organizational resilience can address the risks of digital crisis response.
